The Journey of One Extraordinary Middle Child and his 2 Siblings

Ryder is my middle child. He is 6 years old. Ryder loves being silly. He loves chocolate. He celebrates his individuality.
I hope you enjoy his view of the world as much as I do.

Thankful

This crew spent a relaxing family Thanksgiving at the Adams family farm with extended family.  The kids even did some horseback riding and coyote "hunting."  (Hunting being Leah's request.)

After Thanksgiving.  We had a short family get-away to Oklahoma City for some much needed family time.
The kids visited Santa.  Some were happier to sit on his lap than others.

We got to ice skate outside during unseasonably warm weather.  Fun!
Parker was really getting a feel for the ice.

Ryder worked really hard.
Will, in the background of this photo, made it around the rink a couple times then decided to sit out with Luke.  Pansies.

Leah loved skating with Ebony.  Rather, Leah loved being drug along like a limp noodle while Ebony skated.

Later that evening, the guys all went to a movie.  Leah and I spent some girl time together and rode the Bricktown Water Taxi to see the Christmas lights.  I realized during this time that Leah is very much a little girl now, and not a baby.  I had so much fun and look forward to more outings with her.

This is how Leah passed the time while waiting in line for the water taxi.

Thankful for all these blessings and the opportunity to slow down and count them.
