Ryder tells me lots of things that he wishes he owned or could do. Most of these wishes are completely random and seem to be out of the blue. Tonight, I believe, is my favorite. It came at a good time as he has been extra stubborn and difficult lately.
As I was tucking he and Parker into bed, Ryder says, "Mommy, I really wish I had an American flag suit."
Me too, Rye. Me too.
I wish I could find the pictures of his Gran, Great aunt Polly and myself when we were in high school and wore skirt/shorts made from US flag material. Well, Patty and Polly made them and we all switched out wearing them.
