The Journey of One Extraordinary Middle Child and his 2 Siblings

Ryder is my middle child. He is 6 years old. Ryder loves being silly. He loves chocolate. He celebrates his individuality.
I hope you enjoy his view of the world as much as I do.

Leah is Four

My baby is not such a baby.  She turned four last week.  Leah weighs in a whopping 31 pounds and measures 39 inches tall.  Like most children her age, the toddler body and baby face are fading.

Leah loves all things girly - nail polish, Barbie, princesses, and tutus.  However, she loves to camp, play any sport, and can scale a tree like a pro while wearing heels.  Leah loves art.  Hardly a day goes by that she is not coloring or painting.
Leah's cousin and Gran surprised her by flying in from Texas for her birthday.

Pedicure party.  The best.

Leah did not want a big party.  She wanted to eat her favorite chicken strips and have her nails done.  It was the best 4th birthday ever.

I love the person Leah is.  She notices everything.  She compliments my lip gloss or clothing often.  She also tells me when I look a mess whether I asked or not.  Leah loves her brothers more than anything.  Her world revolves around those three boys.  And, she is still very much a Daddy's girl.
All Leah.  Clothing selection.  Pose.  Sass.

While I somehow will always feel like a boy mom, I am blessed to be the mother of this spirited, little lady.  Happy birthday, Leah.
