The Journey of One Extraordinary Middle Child and his 2 Siblings

Ryder is my middle child. He is 6 years old. Ryder loves being silly. He loves chocolate. He celebrates his individuality.
I hope you enjoy his view of the world as much as I do.

Flying Solo

So I wasn't exactly flying solo.  But I did make a successful flight to Houston alone with three small kids.  They were all great.  It's a short flight, and everything was delightfully uneventful.

Leah enjoyed the beach as much as the big kids.  And sand - she ate lots and lots of sand.

Luke and our dear friend, Ebony joined us a few days after we arrived.  While spending our week in Houston, we got to spend some much needed family time with Gran, Pop, Uncle James, Aunt Erin and adorable cousin Madeline.  We even celebrated Gran's birthday.

An added bonus of Gran and Pop moving to the Houston area is that we get to see our cousins, the Gaworeckis, more often.  I love Leslie like a sister, and it is always so fun to see our kids laugh and play together.

Little Leah got to visit the beach for the first time when we day tripped to Galveston.  The boys also made two trips to Bass Pro Shop, became experts at playing Mario Cart on the Wii, and visited a dinosaur exhibit.  It doesn't get much better.
"Auntie" Ebony joined us for the trip.  Lucky kids.
