The Journey of One Extraordinary Middle Child and his 2 Siblings

Ryder is my middle child. He is 6 years old. Ryder loves being silly. He loves chocolate. He celebrates his individuality.
I hope you enjoy his view of the world as much as I do.

Jibber Jabber

The Little Lady Bug is 16 months old today.  Despite being a little peanut in size, her personality is mighty.
She has no time for chit-chat with strangers, and in general would prefer to stare you down than crack a smile - especially if you are a man.  She can shoot a mean basket when playing ball with Daddy, and she loves to wrestle with her brothers.

Despite these "tomboy" like tendancies, Leah has grown very fond of all things girly.  She loves necklaces, earrings, and lip gloss.  (She is also very critical of her mother's appearance if Mommy is not wearing all of the above three listed items.)  Leah enjoys a fun game called, "Bring Mommy different pairs of shoes and see how many times she will change them for me."
Leah has a much more limited vocabulary than her brothers did at the same age. However, here's a list of Leah's words to date.
Leah Words:
  • Mamma  - It doesn't mean Mom.  It means, "Help me!"
  • Dada - Usually refers to Daddy, but could be any person with a two-syllable name.
  • Heeze - Horse
  • Bew - What a cow says.
  • Oof - What a dog, cat, pig or monkey says.
  • Juice - Any beverage.  Usually referring to water.
  • Flouwa - Flower.
  • Necklace
  • Shoes
  • This - The word to use for anything and everything you need.
  • That - The word to use if the above word does not get you what you want.
  • Uh-Oh - The sound you make when you throw something off your high-chair tray or dump all your crackers on the floor.
