Chippy the Elf

It seems every young child finds one movie or character to which they are especially drawn.  Leah has found her love in Chippy the Elf.

Chippy is the main character in this animated DVD that explains the whole Elf on the Shelf Christmas tradition. (Just in case the book isn't enough.)  It may be January, but Chippy has not left our DVD player.

Leah had a bad stomach bug a couple weeks ago.  She even spent a few nights in the hospital due to dehydration.  Needless to say, we have spent a lot of time on the couch with Chippy.  It's so fun to to see the excitement on her face when the show begins to play.  Although, I must say, I would welcome a new favorite movie as soon as she is ready.  Like tomorrow.
