The Art of the Easter Family Photo

I realized this year that we always attempt a family photo at Easter.  I guess the fact that we are all dressed up and clean at the same time, makes it seem like a good idea.

2007
Not so bad.  I look slightly in pain, and Parker looks a little uncertain about this family situation.

2008
Pretty cute except for the giant bunny in the front.

But wait

It gets better.

2009
It appears years of stage performing has taught me to smile through the pain.  This family moment appears less than joyous.

2010
A repeat of the Easter meltdowns.

2011
I believe I am telling everyone to say, "cheese" and Luke is the only one listening.  Again - Parker in tears.

2012
At least no one is crying.

I have learned a few things from this photo study:

Luke takes pretty good photos.

I dress my kids alike at Easter.

I am often pregnant or have an infant at Easter.

Candy for breakfast is not such a great idea.  Even if it is Easter.
